Our midlife retreats are not therapy. It’s a structured, reflective week led by experienced facilitators, offering time to explore your life story, values, and direction in a supportive group environment.
Reflection can sometimes bring strong emotions, so we simply ask you to consider whether this is the right moment for you, and that you feel ready to take part in reflective life story work.

No. The retreats are guided and fully supported. All you need is openness and curiosity.

We keep the group to twelve people. This allows plenty of space for individual time alongside the group sessions, so everyone can take part in a way that feels comfortable.

At The Coach House on the Sharpham estate in South Devon — an exclusive, private setting for our retreat.

The fee covers accommodation in a private ensuite room, all meals, and the full retreat programme. Travel to Sharpham is arranged individually.

All meals are vegetarian, organic, and home-cooked, using produce from the Sharpham estate. The food is fresh, nourishing, and cooked just for our group, with care for dietary needs and preferences - including gluten-free and dairy-free options.
