FAQs

  • Midlife Reimagined is for people who recognise themselves as being in midlife and are at a point of review or transition — professionally, personally, or both.

Many participants are professionals working in demanding roles who want time to pause, reflect, and think about how they want to live and work in the years ahead. There is no fixed age limit.

  • Midlife Reimagined is not therapy. It’s a structured, reflective week led by experienced facilitators.

Reflection can sometimes bring strong emotions, so we simply ask you to consider whether this is the right moment for you, and that you feel ready to take part in reflective life story work.

  • There is no experience needed. The programme is guided and facilitated. There is also individual time every day for rest and reflection.

  • We keep the group to twelve people. This allows plenty of space for individual time alongside the group sessions, so everyone can take part in a way that feels comfortable.

  • At The Coach House on the Sharpham estate in South Devon — an exclusive, private setting for our retreat.

  • The fee covers accommodation in a private ensuite room, all meals, and the full programme. Travel to Sharpham is arranged individually.

  • All meals are vegetarian, organic, and home-cooked, using produce from the Sharpham estate. The food is fresh, nourishing, and cooked just for our group, with care for dietary needs and preferences - including gluten-free and dairy-free options.
